I had a delightful stay at the Waldhotel, which is nestled right outside of town and surrounded by the tranquil forest. The rooms were both beautifully decorated and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The staff and owners were welcoming and spoke English fluently, which made communication smooth. However, being a bit remote, it may not be ideal if you want easy access to city attractions. Overall, I’ll definitely consider returning on my next trip to the Cologne-Bonn area.
